We believe that buying furniture and having it delivered should be easy and straightforward. From booking your service to seeing your new favorite pieces arrive at your door, you will have peace of mind that Masters of Assembly professionals are getting the job done right. We believe in full transparency and a “no surprises” approach. We offer the following details to ensure we meet and hopefully exceed your expectations!


We process requests and communicate with our clients from 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week

Our operators will contact you the day you submit your inquiry to review your requirements and confirm details; for inquiries made after 6 PM, you can expect to hear from us the following day


Our delivery services start at $99 and go up based on the size, weight and quantity of the merchandise, as well as the factors affecting delivery itself, such as distance traveled, availability of an elevator, etc.

We provide receipts for all purchases completed, which will be added to the cost of delivery to comprise your total amount ; please note that your merchandise may require special packaging, which will be added in the receipts.

We rely on our customers to provide accurate information regarding factors affecting delivery, such as possible elevator outages, availability of curb-side parking, etc. Any inaccuracies reported to our operators may result in additional charges.


Your satisfaction is our priority. If we have made a mistake in your order by delivering the wrong merchandise, neglecting to deliver merchandise you purchased, or damaging your merchandise, we promise to make things right at no cost to you.
